Booking Flexibility
A short booking can be extended night by night or week by week as required.n
Managed Transition
Pontem Housing does not take another booking until the existing occupant has a confirmed departure date; ensuring they have stability in being able to stay in the one location.
24/7 Check-in
Check-in is available at short notice and at any time of the day or night. No additional charges apply for 3am check-in.
A Team Of Trades
End-of-booking repairs, replacement of damaged items, and any required quotations are arranged as soon as we are notified.
Responsive Support
Our local team provides responsive support for accommodation matters, both on the ground and behind the scenes. From property issues to quotations and administration, we work alongside you to support placements.

Additional linen is provided on request, free of charge.
