A new name for an established business
Pontem Housing previously provided this dedicated accommodation under a long-established corporate accommodation business in Sydney. During this time, we were selected as a preferred accommodation provider for NSW Government. We also worked alongside many organisations and agencies that assist the NSW Government.
In 2021 we chose to focus solely on our housing business, providing our clients with high-quality temporary homes and personalised service.

Booking Flexibility
A short booking can be extended night by night or week by week as required.
Managed Transition
Pontem Housing does not take another booking until the existing occupant has a confirmed departure date; ensuring they have stability in being able to stay in the one location.
24/7 Check-in
Check-in is available at short notice and at any time of the day or night. No additional charges apply for 3am check-in.
A Team Of Trades
Make-safe repairs and replacing damaged items is arranged as soon as we are notified of property damage.
24/7 Support
Our on the ground local support is available 24/7, with no charge for the time it takes to facilitate and attend to call-outs.
Additional Linen
Additional linen is provided on request, free of charge.

Pontem Housing does not charge for the time it takes to facilitate/manage call-outs.
Occupant Count
Houses are often larger than required, but charges are based on occupancy count. This means more space to spread out and feel right at home, for the price of a tight apartment/hotel room.
Locations On Demand
The nature of our business allows us to quickly expand our portfolio based on demand.
